Distribution

Field Sales

As a field sales representative, you’ll advise our customers on site. You’ll act as a link between our company, wholesalers and the professionals who work with our products. You’ll build new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. In doing so, you’ll see yourself, just as we do, as a service and solutions partner for the trade and skilled crafts sector.

Internal Sales, Shipping and Distribution

As an Internal Sales Associate (m/f), you’ll be the go-to person when it comes to processing our orders: you’ll receive orders, answer questions and support our customers after the sale. And that’s not all: you’ll also act as the interface between customers, field sales and production.

You’ll be responsible for dispatching and coordinating deliveries, ensuring that our products reach customers on time, instructing and coordinating carriers and liaising with your colleagues in the internal sales team.

Marketing

As part of the Marketing Department, you and your colleagues will ensure that our messages reach our target groups – via online and print media as well as events such as trade fairs and training courses. You will develop the corresponding strategies in collaboration with the Sales Department and Product Management. Implementation will take place in-house or with external partners, such as web designers, programmers, SEO experts, copywriters, press specialists or exhibition stand contractors.

Application technology (AWT)

When using our products, our customers and sales staff ask project-specific questions about building physics and structural requirements, which you and your colleagues in Application Technology will be able to answer competently. You will also be involved in our training courses. In addition, you will monitor the market, contribute to the development of new products and prepare the necessary documentation. If there are any technical complaints about our products, you will investigate them.

Production, Maintenance & Logistics

In production, we would be nothing without you, because you operate and monitor our production facilities. As an electronics technician or industrial mechanic, you’ll assemble, maintain and repair these facilities, ensuring that production runs according to plan. As a logistics specialist, you’ll ensure that our innovative insulation materials and systems are stored and loaded correctly and reach our customers without a hitch.

Whatever field you’re starting out in, we’ll provide you with structured, individual training so that you feel comfortable from the outset and can quickly find your feet. You can also count on the support of your colleagues. To help you develop further, we’ll agree goals together, review them in regular meetings and support you with further training tailored to your needs.
