Distribution

External service

As a sales representative in the field, you'll advise our customers on the spot. You'll act as a link between our company, wholesalers and processors of our products. You'll establish new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. In doing so, you'll see yourself, like us, as a service and solutions partner to the trade and craft industries.

In-house sales, shipping and distribution department

As an Internal Sales Associate (m/f), you'll be the go-to person when it comes to processing our orders: you'll receive them, answer questions and follow up our customers after the sale. And that's not all: you'll be the interface between customers, the field service and production.

You'll be responsible for dispatching and arranging deliveries, ensuring that our products reach the customer on time, instructing and managing carriers and liaising with your colleagues in the internal sales department.

Marketing

As part of the Marketing Department, you and your colleagues will ensure that our messages reach our target groups - via online and print media as well as events such as trade fairs and training courses. You will develop the corresponding strategies in collaboration with the Sales Department and Product Management. Implementation will take place in-house or with external partners, such as web designers, programmers, SEO experts, copywriters, press specialists or trade fair builders.

Application technology (AWT)

When using our products, our customers and sales staff ask project-specific questions about building physics and statics, which you and your colleagues in application technology will be able to answer competently. You will also be involved in our communication training courses. In addition, you will monitor the market, work on the development of new products and draw up the necessary documentation. If there are any technical complaints about our products, you will investigate them.

Production, maintenance & logistics

In production, we would be nothing without you, because you use and monitor our productsInvestmentsas an electronics technician or industrial mechanic, you'll assemble, maintain and repair these installations, ensuring that production runs according to plan. As a logistics technician, you'll ensure that our innovative insulation materials and systems are stored and loaded according to the rules and arrive at the customer's premises without a hitch.

Your initiation & development

Whatever field you're starting out in: we'll provide you with structured, one-to-one training so that you feel at ease from the outset and can make the most of your time. You can also count on the support of your colleagues. To help you progress together, we'll agree targets, which we'll assess at regular meetings and support with further training tailored to your needs.
