Gutex Thermosafe-homogen is the universal insulation board that combines all the advantages of ecological wood fibre: very low thermal conductivity for excellent thermal insulation, excellent heat storage capacity for optimum protection against heat and cold, and it is slightly hydrophobic and therefore insensitive to moisture - for constant insulation performance and dimensional stability in roofs, ceilings and facades.

Thermosafe-homogen is the universal insulation board for the most diverse insulation solutions and combinations: for roofs, upper storey ceilings, walls and interior fittings. For multi-layered structures, the diffusion-open, moisture-regulating Thermosafe-homogen can be combined with the wood fibre insulation boards of the Thermowall ecological building envelope. The natureplus-certified insulation board is harmless from the point of view of construction biology, i.e. it contains no harmful substances. It is made from wood from PEFC-certified forests and can generally be recycled by type at the end of its service life. It is ideal for the sustainable thermal insulation of new and existing buildings and for creating energy-efficient building envelopes.

Ingredients
- Untreated fir and spruce wood
- 4.0% PUR resin
- 0.5% paraffin

Storage
- Store and use Thermosafe-homogen in a dry place.
Cutting
- With hand-held circular saws or special saws for insulating materials such as the Festool pruning saw; the statutory regulations on handling wood dust must be observed.
Installation
- In the case of several layers, lay the panels with the joints staggered, avoiding cross joints.
- Only to be laid over a complete surface, e.g. wooden formwork, solid wood walls, upper storey ceilings or masonry insulation.
- To be used exclusively in combination with Multiplex-top or Ultratherm (for roof insulation) or Multitherm (for ventilated facades).
- At floor level, use only under a damp screed up to 60 mm thick (floor insulation); for alternative structures, see Thermosafe-wd and Thermofloor.
