Window and door connection system tested for the lower connection area
Implio F is the wood-fibre window and door connection system for ventilated and rendered façades. It comprises specially developed components for permanently windtight and driving-raintight connections to the second waterproofing layer: these include a wedge-shaped wood-fibre insulation board with an ideal 5° slope and a watertight, vapour-diffusion-open film, as well as prefabricated, self-adhesive window and façade corners. These high-quality, standardised components reduce the number of work stages and make installation considerably easier. And because only one trade is involved, the risk of errors is minimised.

Precision and durability at the second sealing level
The central elements of the window connection system are the perfectly fitting Implio F film spacer plate, whose depth is manufactured to customer specifications, as well as the Implio F self-adhesive window corners and Implio F façade corners, which significantly reduce the use of separate adhesive tape – and thus also the work required to create the second sealing layer. Thanks to its protruding self-adhesive film, the shim plate is optimally prepared for connection, while the window and façade corners do not have to be laboriously folded from tape or adhesive film. At the same time, the system components reduce the number of potentially moisture-critical joints, especially since the pressed window and façade corners themselves have no joints. In addition, the Implio F film shim panel brings the advantages of environmentally friendly wood fibre to the connection area of windows and doors, while improving the structural and visual design of the connections.

Implio F: the economical connection system for windows and doors
Implio F focuses on the formation of the second sealing layer in the moisture-critical lower connection area, and offers an effective solution for this sensitive area. The side and top connections are made in the conventional way using joint sealing tape. For projects requiring prefabricated connection components around the window or door - side, top and bottom - Implio P is the ideal choice. This more comprehensive system includes custom-made reveal and keyway plates and, as an option, roller shutter and brise-soleil boxes.

The components of the Implio system have been developed in collaboration with partner companies and tested in the assembled state in accordance with ift guidelines, thus ensuring that not only the individual components, but also the entire Implio F system solution functions reliably - for example, by Thermowall WDVS or Durio façade insulation system is installed.
